The closest airport is Marseilles and it is very easy to get to Aix-en-Provence as there is a bus between the airport and the center of Aix that runs every 30 minutes in both directions. The journey takes 30 minutes. Transfers by Uber are also available. You can also fly in and out of Paris if you'd like to spend some time there before or after the workshop. You can take the high-speed TGV train between Paris and Aix, a very pleasant and amazingly fast and pleasant 2.5 hours between the two cities. |

What to expect / physical activity
All participants must be in generally good health. Any condition that may require assistance or special medical attention must be reported at the time of your application. This program involves walking for period of up to 30 minutes, sometimes over uneven surfaces, as well as climbing stairs at historic venues and other locations. Museum visits and other tours frequently involve standing for up to 20 minutes.

Reservation deadlines and deposits
A deposit of $500 per person, payable to New York Repertory Orchestra, of which $200 is nonrefundable for administrative fees, is required with the registration application. Final payment, by check, must be received no later than January 15, 2027.
Travel and Medical Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to cover the possibility of your unexpected cancellation. We have negotiated preferred rates with Travel Insured. They offer comprehensive coverage and a variety of optional coverages including Cancel for Any Reason, Interrupt for Any Reason, and coverage of Pre-Existing Medical Conditions.
